Unable to use premium features in Lightroom Mobile

Подскажате, в чем проблема. Приобретена подписка, но премиум функции не работают. При обновлении выдается сообщение что Подписка уже приобретена из Play Stor c помощью другого идентификатора Adobe ID. Приложение установлено на Android, ранее устанавливалось на IOS, но Adobe ID не менялся.

We had a system problem that is fixed now.  Your account should now appear subscribed in the Lightroom app. We apologize for the trouble.
