Unable to use the software lightroom

I am able to open the software lightroom but I cannot edit the photos including load photos, edit them.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot! Did you import this image using Lightroom desktop or using Lightroom mobile/web?

Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the info with us by either pasting it as a reply here or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

You can try resetting the Preferences of Lightroom by launching the app while pressing and holding the Option + Shift keys. When the app launches, you should get a prompt to confirm resetting the preferences.

As per the screenshot, you've selected an empty album with no image selected. Select an album with images and verify if the issue persists.

Hello,

When I wanted to import photos, the screen stopped to action. Then the ball is running, running and close the software.

I have been using this software for over one year. I know how to use it normally but I can do nothing when it did not run normally.
