Unable to view Discover tab & issues with Recommended Presets

Hi,

 

Just started using my Lr recently and noticed there's a Discover tab. When i tried to open it (My Profile, Featured, Following, Remixes), it just shows empty screen.

 

The next issue i'm having is my Recommended presets are not working, keep getting error "Something went wrong".

 

Tried reinstalling Lr and signed out my account but the issues still won't go away.

Welcome to the Lightroom Community @zoolh69. I've checked your account & it looks fine.

Have you tried to sign out & sign in again to the Creative Cloud?

 

Try using Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check if the Discover & Remix tab works as expected.

If it does, the issue could be how your computer connects to the internet.

Try & disable any protection software or VPN on your computer & let me know how it goes.

Hi, thank you for responding. I'm using Adguard but few days ago it worked without any issues but then i could not access the Discover and Remix tab again. I have disabled my Adguard but it doesn't fix this issue. Lightroom web facing the same issue as well.
