Unable to view thumbnails for Lightroom mobile on Andoid

I accidentally uninstalled the mobile app. So I reinstalled it and logged in with my account. The photos where synced however the thumbnails are blank so I cannot preview the image file from the library. I needed to open each photo to really view it. Can you help me to troubleshoot this, please?
