"Unfortunately, this service is not currently available in your country" for sharing in... USA

I'm using the new Lightroom CC and tried to share an album.

When I click the generated link though, I get the "not currently available in your country" message at https://lightroom.adobe.com/blocked.  I'm in the USA so this is very surprising.

I then turned on a VPN and tried Canada and Mexico, with the same results.

When I tried to request help online, under "What can we help you with?" I see "Something went wrong.  Try again or contact us by phone..."

Are major parts of the website just down right now?

This is working today.  I'm guessing something was wonky with the website yesterday given that two separate parts of the Adobe website were giving erroneous behavior.  Thanks for the reply.
