Uninstalled Lightroom CC and now cannot install it on 2008 IMAC

Does anyone know where I can download an old copy of Lightroom CC that will work with my subscription?

 

I have a 2008 iMac running el capitan. I subscribe to Adobe CC for photoshop, lightroom etc. recently  lightroom stopped working. I unistalled lightroom and attempted to reinstall to fix the problem. As it wasnt reinstalling I contacted Adobe customer services who informed me that as I had changed my payment card they were unable to take payment and thats why Lightroom wasnt working. Sorted out the payment details but still not able to use lightroom as Adobe no longer have a copy that I can reinstall (current edition not compatible with the hardware). I dont need to upgrade my imac as everything else works.

I am a Windows user and totally ignorant of the Mac OS. So I apologize if this information is not correct. But the system requirements for Lightroom CC (which is really Lightroom if you are referring to the cloud version) indicate that you must be using at least 10.13. As I understand it, that would eliminate the possibility of installing Lightroom on a system using El Capitan.
