University Adobe account terminated after graduation. Preset and photo recovery.

Question

I recently graduated and my university Adobe account was terminated, along with my presets and photos of incomplete and complete projects. I want to access that account if possible and migrate all my photos and presets to my personal, mobile account, but I am not sure how to do that. Can anyone help?

Please contact your University about granting access to your photos. Here is the process that is followed, though it needs to be done prior to losing access:

If you can get your school to authorize release of your photos, we can recover them for you.
