Unknown error on app

I get this error box whenever I open the Lr app on my android. Restarting phone and app does not help. I've re-download it several times too and it doesn't help.

Hey, @geo_3748. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I checked your account in the Community, and I couldn't find an active subscription.

If you have a subscription to a different account, log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3xdotLH) and check for all the images synced and uploaded to the cloud. Once everything is backed up to the cloud, try reinstalling Lightroom from the Galaxy Store or PlayStore, and let me know how it goes.

I've tried logging into my account on my android phone and tablet, but after I open the app, this pops up. Restarting the phone and redownloading the app doesn't help.
