Unspecified slowness complaint (8.1)

Question

Bonjour,Je viens de faire la derniere mise à jour lightroom (8.1) et je trouve ca horriblement lent.la moindre action necessite un temps de chargement, je parle même pas de la bibliotheque qui freeze mon pc.C'est propre à la version qui prend plus de ressources ou c'est juste tres mal codé ?W11, 16Go Ram, nvidia 3070. + reset PC récent.

Hey, @Enchanted_Glaze5086. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Lightroom from Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

As primary steps, try this:

Unplug additional displays & use only one by default.
Pause sync temporarily.
Go to Lightroom > Edit > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://adobe.ly/3uYiJo4
