Unspecified slowness complaint

Question

I just upgraded my ram from 16gb to 64gb in hopes of optimizing Lightroom performance on my pc. However, it seems to be just as laggy, just without the crashing. It's so laggy that it makes it extremely unenjoyable to use, and I feel like just giving up on trying to fix it. Is there a way to get this issue addressed, or will I need to look elsewhere for a more optimal user experience?

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble!

Please go to the Help menu in Lightroom, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the text with us by either pasting it here as a reply or in a text file and sharing the file with us.

Meanwhile, try going to Lightroom's Preferences, then Performance, and disabling the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once done, relaunch Lightroom to check if it helps.
