Unsubscribe problem

I've subscribed to the Adobe trial but want to cancel.

I seem to have typed in my email wrong on subscribing and have not had a confirmtion from Adobe.

How on earth do I get someone to sort this for me when It's near impossible to speak to someone ?  I can't loig in to an account because I don't kow what my account details are andf had no email.

What am I supposed to do?
