Unsuccessful Subscription renewal

Good day,

 

I hops this message finds you well.

 

My subscription was successfully renewed on Saturday, February 08, 2025. However, when I go on the Lightroom page it's still reminding me of renewing and prohibiting me from editing. Kindly resolve this issue.

Hey, @Laimi_Hawala2000. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I've reviewed your account for the community and found an active subscription to Lightroom from the Microsoft App Store.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the App Store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels. Check this page for help with managing your subscription: https://adobe.ly/3EtGYim
