Unwanted noise in processing

Hi Everyone, 

I've been taking pictures for a couple years (learning as I go along) and using LR Cloud for about 6 months to process them, with great success. But sometimes, such as with this image, I run into issues like the noise that editing created. I'd appreciate input as to where did this image/processing go wrong. I used a Nikon Z6 with Nikkor 24-70 at 70mm f13 ISO 220.
