Updated app today and my presets are gone!!! I’m crying! Help

Okay hi, updated Lightroom today because my photos wouldn't upload and all 20 something of my presets that I've collected over the last 3 years are freaking gone and I'm very upset! I have read through all the forum posts and tried to figure out how to get them back and nothing is helping. What the hell. I've spent tons of money on these. Can anyone please tell me how to get this figured out?!

    What Version NUMBER of Lightroom did you have?

    What Version NUMBER of Lightroom did you update to?

    What is your Operating System and Version?
