Updated Lightroom CC 12/21/17 Cannot Open

In today's update of Lightroom CC has resulted in an inability to open LR.  Here is what I get:

What is this and how to I open LR.  I have clicked "reopen" a total of over 20 times with no luck.

    Please check that your computer meets the minimum requirements to run Lightroom CC. Refer or "system requirements" page Lightroom Classic CC system requirements and let us know if that helps.

    You may check your Mac's basic specs, click the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen. From the drop-down menu, click About This Mac to open the System Information window.

    I am on Android and i have used Lightroom classic many times on my laptop. this is the first time it does not open

    You’ve posted to an ancient thread. It is highly unlikely that the issue described in this thread, though not impossible, is the same one you are currently experiencing. Rather than resurrect an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are better off posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information, including system information, a complete description of the problem, and step-by-step instructions for reproduction. 

     

    If the issue is the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
