Upgraded and lost paid for presets

I was using my Lightroom app and chose to upgrade because I wanted to use a specific feature. It upgraded me and i lost all of my presets!! All my photos are gone and the 7 or 8 presets that I had paid for in a bundle are now gone!! Help!

What do you mean with 'upgraded'? Upgraded what? Lightroom? If so, how did you do that? Your phone, meaning you bought a newer model?

 

If you use the feee version of Lightroom, then your pictures and presets are stored on the phone. If you remove the app, they get removed too. If you change your phone, they won't magically appear on the new phone if you install Lightroom. What you need to do in both cases is restore the (new) phone from a backup (of the old phone).
