Upgraded Features not working

My mobile Lightroom is taking the money from my aacount but it's not letting me use the upgrades or premiums it's still saying I need to upgrade and pay the fee  before I can use these features

Could you please try with the same Adobe-id which you are using for this form. This is the one which has your subscription applied. Hope that helps-  Guido / Lr Mobile QE

Within the app, under the account settings, is there a restore purchase option?

Are you logged in with the correct email? This is usually the problem. Make sure you are using the right Creative Cloud account - is it possble you have one you used for a trial and a different email for the paid version?
