Upgrading Google Mobile Plan to Lr 1 TB Plan

Hi I m a lightroom cc premium user and I have been trying to upgrade my storage for Adobe lightroom cc but it says I have to manage my subscription through Google play when I select "manage plan". However Google play does not give me any options for upgrading my account's storage except canceling my subscription. Does anyone know i can upgrade my storage to 1TB?
