upgrading Lightroom storage

Hi,

How can I upgrade my Lightroom storage from 2 GB to 1 TB? I know the steps but in my account I don't see the option to upgrade, only to cancel my subsciption. There are no payment issues.. and I also waited 24 hours. In the attachments you can see what I miss in my account.

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.
