so it would seem that my problem with the presets rendering for a long period of time has fixed itself however I am now presented with the upload constantly rendering.

I have researcghed as much as my "less than techy" brain can think of and it still has not found resolution.  I have...

shut the proram down and restarteed,

shut the computer down and restarted,

cleared the chrome cache and restarted, nothing.  the issue persists.

Hi @kirky07, Welcome to the Lightroom Community forum! To better help you with this issue, we would like a few more details. Can you send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to replicate it? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH

Hey @kirky07

No worries! We got you covered.

Your system info will provide all the details we need to determine whether the issue is with Lightroom or your system. Most times it ends up being a GPU driver issue. To find this, go to Help > System Info in Lightroom.

Next, copy and paste that into a text file and share it in your response.

Here is a step-by-step on how to record your Screen: https://adobe.ly/3NusgMR

You can then share that screen recording after uploading it to Google, Dropbox, or the service of your choice. Ex: https://adobe.ly/49XJb1H

Let us know if you have any questions.
