Upload Failed Lightroom

Question

I can only use the web version of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop beause I only have a 2013 Macbook that maxed out updating at macOS Big Sur. The web was working great and fine for months but in the last month I noticed I keep getting the error upload failed message anytime I try to upload an image off the sd card from my camera. It's highly irritating as I have customers waiting to get their edited images back.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
