Uploading Pending sync issues since v6.2.0 update, both on Tablet and Phone.

... there's no problems uploading new photos on both devices but it's been trying to upload 6 pending files forever and I've reinstalled on both devices and still this problem occurs. Presets also only loads when you click the present button, close it and reopen it again. I believe this error will drain the battery faster as it's constantly working in the background. Please give advice.
