Uploading....pending sync problem

Hello there, and attention to adobe LR technicians,

It just happened to me today. LR CC desktop, LR App for mobile, and LP App for iPad. They all have got a problem with Uploading syncing (always pending). For deleting photos, there is no problem with syncing at all. How can I solve uploading syncing? Please advise. Thank you.

    Since last night, LR CC, LR Mobile, and LR iPad. The syncing problem remains the same.
