Uploading to 1 of 2 profiles on Instagram issue

Question

I have two accounts on instagram, my normal and then my photography. I have exported photos from Lightroom to my phone. On instagram, I can see and post the images fine on my normal account but switch to my photography account and I cannot see the exported images.

I have tried uninstalling both apps, logging out both apps and clearing the relevant caches etc. the uninstalling did, once, have a positive effect and allowed me to see the exported images from my photography account. This 'fix' only seemed to be temporary as I can no longer see the images again and or recreate the above 'fix'.

Thanks for reporting this behavior. Instagram should not treat exported photos differently between profiles, so we need a bit more detail to investigate.

• Please share a short screen recording showing how your exporting and uploading look different across profiles so we can reproduce the same behavior at our end in our testing.
• Confirm the exact iPhone model you are using.
• Confirm the iOS version your iPhone is currently on.
• Confirm the Lightroom Mobile version is installed.

Once we have this information, we can attempt to reproduce the issue internally and determine whether it is related to the export workflow or how Instagram interprets the local media library.
