Veeeery slow upload from mobile, why???

Uploading to the cloud from LR on my Android phone recently takes weeks. It is now uploading the last 300 pictures for at least three days. It is not an issue with the internet speed, I checked it both on wifi and mobile and it's lightning-fast. There is another issue.

Does anyone else have the same problem and how did you solve it?
