Video edits not exporting to my PC from Lightroom

I noticed others having the same issue but it seemed their issues were encountered while using Lightroom on their mobile devices. I am using a PC and it has been giving me hell to export edited videos. Has this issue been corrected yet? I uninstalled Lightroom and reinstalled it, restarted my PC thinking maybe there was something hinky going on there but it still is not working...Please help.
