Videos dañados

Hola, tengo un problema, he realizado el pago de la versión premium y me he encontrado con el problema de que todos los videos los exporta dañados, me aparece que los exporta con éxito, pero al momento de reproducirlo en mi telefono o en una red social aparecen dañados, adjunto una captura de pantalla de como aparece el video, utilizo la app en un smarthphone android.

Could you please let us know the version number of Lightroom Mobile, your Android version, and the device model you're using? Also, is this issue happening with every video or just specific ones?

Muchas gracias por la bienvenida y la pronta respuesta. El problema se me presenta solo con los videos directos de la cámara, lo he intentado con videos de baja calidad, como los videos de whatsapp y si funciona, pero No con los videos de la cámara. te dejo los datos que me pediste a continuación:

Lightroom version: 10.2.0
Android version: 14 UKQ1.230804.001
Version de sistema operativo: 1.0.6.0.UMAMIXM

    Hello @Valkiria Studio! 😊 Just to clarify, are you referring to videos taken with your phone's default camera app, or have you been using the in-app camera in Lightroom? Does it make any difference if you use the other?

    Did this issue start after you updated the app or made any changes to your device?

    Also, could you check if your phone can be updated to Android version 15? If the update is available, please test it to see if it helps. Thanks so much for your patience!
