Videos from Lightroom Mobile are not getting exported (Android)

Hi all,

hope you're doing good.

My gf is struggling with the same issue on her Huawei P30 Pro, and only with the videos shot with this device. She can export on her phone the videos shot with her camera and imported through the desktop app

I think I found a kind of a solution, or at least, found a way to bypass the issue :

1. Create an album

2. Turn it sharable through a link and allow .jpg download (seems to be working with videos)

3. Add your footage within this album

4. Copy the sharable link and paste it in Chrome

5. Download the edited video

6. Tell me if it does work for you too

Which version of Lightroom Mobile are you using? What happens when you try to save the video? Can you share your Android device version and specification? How much RAM and free storage do you have?

Do you get any error messages? 

Please log on to Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and confirm if everything is correctly synced; if so, please re-install the application.
