Videos - Relevant discrepancy between preview on Lightroom and the exported file

Hi All, 

 

when I export my videos from Lightroom (both Mac and Iphone13), there's a relevant discrepancy between the modified video on Lightroom and the file actually exported. 

 

On top of this if i export only the "current frame" (in png) from the video the picture I get has the  right adjustments.

    First contact on live chat: 2 hours keep asking the same questions and redirecting me to 3 different people. 

    Call scheduled by Adobe to fix the issue: NO ONE CALLED ME!

    Emails/messages to get the call: no one answered me.
