Videos saved to iPhone of very low/BAD quality

Videos uploaded and edited in Lightroom iPhone look fantastic with ‘high quality’ filters etc until you save them to your phone. What's the point of editing a beautiful video when the quality is incredibly low. Did you forget to add that feature because it's useless if the res is low.

I cannot reproduce the same trouble on my own iPhone. 

 

Are you using the latest app version 8.3.2 that was released last week?  If not, does updating help?

 

What resolution is your source video?  1080P? 4K?  You can see this if you switch from Edit to Info view when viewing the video in Lightroom.

 

When you try to export the video, the app needs to be online to access the full size video.  You're not in airplane mode, or have the Lightroom Cloud icon in paused-sync mode, do you?
