View my Adobe profile on Lightroom Mobile for iOS

Question

I have a paid subscription to Lightroom mobile on iOS and Lightroom Web. I am able to view my own profile on the web but on the Lightroom mobile iOS app I cannot see my profile picture and when I click on my profile it says "Something went wrong. Please try again after some time".  How can I view my own profile on the Lightroom mobile app for iOS?

Hi there,

I'd love to help you figure this out.

What version of iOS & Lightroom are you working on? Does your profile image appear on Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com)?

Please log on to Lightroom web & check your profile image & all of your pictures & presets & ensure everything is synced to the cloud.

Once confirmed, you can try to uninstall & re-install Lightroom. When you sign in to Lightroom, instead of using social sign-in (Apple Id), use the Adobe ID option & manually enter your email & password to sign in.
