Viewing album shared by photographer who has sincd died

Hi there.

 

I was sent the link by my wedding photographer to access my wedding day photos in his album.

Unfortunately he has died and now the link doesn't work. I obviously don't want to disturb the family but on the other hand selfishly don't want to loose my photos. 

Anyone have any ideas what to do?

    TBMK If the family of the Photographer cancelled his Adobe Account, then the photos would have only been available for 30days after cancellation (if his account contained >2Gb of images).

    You only hope may be to talk to Adobe Support in a chat and explain your situation.
