Waiting for settings

Hi, I've been having problems for some time now with the settings from Lightroom Classic not being forwarded to the mobile devices and Lightroom CC via the cloud. There is also no logic to which direction the sync is not working. For some images, Lightroom CC displays the message, "Waiting for settings" - for this photo, the updated settings from the Mac Mini are missing. Open Lightroom on that device to get the changes synced.
On the Mac Mini, however, Lightroom shows me that everything is synced. I partially can't reset the settings either. So I can't continue to work at all. And there is also no consistency to be seen between the different versions of Lightroom CC on the different computers or the mobile devices. This way, of course, I can't reliably edit my images and now I always have to wait for myself to be on the main computer as well and edit the images in Lightroom Classic. But that is not the purpose of the whole cloud story. Do you guys have similar experiences, or possibly an idea what it could be? I have the latest operating systems and the latest versions of Lightroom installed on all devices. It might be interesting to know that the thumbnails show the correct image. Also on the website the image is displayed correctly in preview mode.
