In Lightroom, a message says Cloud is almost full. I'm not sure which Cloud is almost full (Adobe, Apple?) and can find no indication as to what to do about it.

Lightroom is not involved with Apple cloud storage in any way, so it's the Adobe Creative Cloud allocation that comes with your subscription. What you can do about it is get more storage capacity, or delete some photos.

Many thanks for your answer: in fact, I looked all over the Adobe pages to find out how to expand cloud memory, without success, so I'll cancel some elements if I can ever locate them,
