watermark pixelated during export

Hi i made watermark for my photo & it looks pixelated verytime I export them.

Can someone help & fix this for me. Checked google & it says I ca fix it through PS but I'm working on LR & want it in LR to be fix. This is troublesome as I'm paying monthly for Adobe. Not happy

p.s. can someone in Adobe fix this please as I see heaps of old post about this issue & no result.
