I Am getting really REALLY annoyed with Lightroom!!!! Not only is it taking ages-and I'm talking several hours-to edit a photo, I now wait 3 or 4 minutes for an AI edit and suddenly a message comes up...

...what the hell is going on???? This is like some sort of softwere from the late 1990s!!!! 

And after about 10 edits the spot removal tool is a total waste of time!!!! Its taking 6 or 7 seconds to edit one little spot on a scan of an old 35mm negative. These negatives are covered in spots, probably 30-40 per photo but I'm told ''thats not what the spot removal tool is for''...excuse me, what is it for then??? I'm removing spots with it!!!!!!!

And the AI, half the time it comes up with a message saying it cant edit a photos because of a breach of their guidlines!!!!! I'm editing a photo of a Punk Rock band from 1982 standing on a railway station, what guidlines am I breaching????

ADOBE please sort this out! Something that costs so much shouldnt be so slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww in this day and age!!!

Oh and I am using a pretty high end 2024 Apple Mac Studio M2 Ultra with 64GB of memory yet I'm getting the revolving beach ball within 5 minutes of editing a photo scan. I Am editing the photo from my desktop not from the cloud.

Any help would be much appreaciated.
