    I have this problem too. But what I don't understand is that I can open Photoshop or Acrobat fine, but I get the error message for InDesign!! This is on my MacBook Air. On my PC desktop I can open Photoshop, but I can't open Acrobat... this is bonkers!

    Try logging out completely of creative cloud and logging back in. Can you log onto https://lightroom.adobe.com ?

    I updated creative cloud today, and suddenly have this problem. Argh - in the middle of a time sensitive project.  Need to get artwork to printer ASAP.  Help!

    Try copying  of normal working software catalog files to the other malfunction computer.

    Than that’s the problem. Apparently creative cloud for individuals doesn’t

    work in China.
