web portfolio

I am having issues with adding pages in my portfolio. I go to click add a page, the normal pop up comes up asking how to make the page (via lightroom) I go to click it, and nothing. it highlights but absolutely nothing is able to be done. I even go to click cancel and nope, nothing happens. Its kinda hard to make anything if i cant get it to work. Anyone have any guidance?
