Weird lines after I edit in photoshop

Hello, 

 

I recently started editing photos on photoshop and when I go to save them and continue my edits in Lightroom there's this weird horizontal line that keeps coming out and I don't know what to do. Please help!

This looks like a bad or out of date GPU Driver. Please update your video cards driver to the latest offered by your card's manufacturer.
