Question

What's eating up my cloud storage?

My Lightroom cloud contains no photos, Adobe Express assets are empty, yet my account still shows 13.3 GB used out of 22 GB. Can you confirm what is consuming the storage on the backend?

I mainly used LrC. Only use Lightroom to sync my mobile pictures to LrC. I delete ALL photos monthly since Ihave them backed up in my NAS.

I had clicked the “Delete Lightroom Library” twice. Nothing happens.

I chat with a representative two days ago. I got a case #. It was closed without resolution.

HELP!

Hey, @javierc30819081. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked your account & you still have 13.4GB~ used out of the 20GB in your subscription.

Have you tried clearing the deleted folders on these pages?

    1. Adobe Files: https://adobe.ly/4yVeRQX

    2. Lightroom: https://adobe.ly/4w43WSk

    3. Document Cloud (Acrobat etc.): https://adobe.ly/3UcIHAr

Please check all the folders, shared folders, Libraries, and deleted or starred folders.

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks!

I can confirm that the storage reported is not coming from Lightroom and that your library was indeed deleted twice.  Please check the other locations, as @Sameer K suggested.
