What to do when I get a new computer?

I am running Lightroom Classic 8.3.1 and getting a new computer. Is there anything I need to do? to ensure my catalog isn't corrupted or lost during the process?

You'll need to make sure you have backup copies of your catalog (make more than one copy on different media to be sure).

 

You'll also need to make sure you have your original images saved and backed up (Lightroom catalogs do not include the original images).
