Where are my photos

In short, my photos have disappeared since upgrading to premium.

I have used the free mobile version  for a while now and have had a baby. I didn't want to risk losing the pictures should I break my phone etc so upgraded to save to the cloud and share with other devices. Since purchasing ALL OG MY PHOTOS HAVE DISSAPEARED!!

Can anyone help, please!

Hi Lauren, I regret the inconvenience caused. Don't worry about your photos, none of them will be lost if you have not uninstalled the app after purchasing subscription.

Please generate the diagnostic logs by long pressing on Lr icon and send it to feedback Email: LrAndroid-Feedback@adobe.com. I can share a private build with instructions to get your issue resolved.
