Where is move to album on Lightroom desktop?

I understand the semantics of albums. As well as folders and tags for that matter. I asked why it wasn’t on desktop when it is on mobile, Johan answered “I have no idea” and that gets marked as the correct answer for some reason.

An album is not a physical location, but like a playlist on a music player. That means you always add images to an album. If you want to ‘move’ them between albums, then you add them to the new album and then remove them from the old album. I have no idea why the mobile version has this as a separate option and the desktop version doesn’t.
