Where is the keyword list panel in lightroom cc?

I have a some keywords, but want to set up hierarchies, I cannot find the place to edit the existing keywords and set this up.

      It's this little tag icon at the bottom right.

      LRCC doesn't let you set up hierarchies. You need Lr Classic for that and for other advanced keywording.

      Ok, thanks, as keyword hierarchies are not supported in Lightroom CC, am I right to assume I should populate the Location fields rather than put geographic terms in keywords- or should I do both?
