    What is the question? That list of white balance presets is already in Lightroom mobile for raw files, at least on iOS. You cannot have this list for RGB files, because RGB files have white balance already "baked into their pixels". So for RGB files you can only adjust the existing white balance, not set the white balance like you do for raw files.
