white point, black point

Hi

First of all, sorry about my bad English.

I'm looking for the white point, black point function, which is obtained by pressing the Alt key in the Lightroom Classic version( by pushing the white and black sliders). 

Does this function exist in Mobile Lightroom and if so how to get it?
