Why are the photos taken with HDR shooting very dark and bad colors?

I wonder why when you take an HDR photo in Adobe Lightroom, the dark colors of the photo appear very dark?

My phone is Samsung Galaxy note 8 (SM- N950F)

HDR photos look like the photo below when indoors 

I shoot RAW HDR then export it in jpeg format 

Can't I get HDR photos in processed jpeg format?
