Question

Why does Lightroom CC Mobile app say I have 1TB available in the cloud when I subscribe to the 20gb plan?

Just downloaded the new version to my iPhone and saw that it says I have 1TB of storage but I'm only paying for the 20gb plan. Did I click on some sort of trial or something?

    Good news! ........

(’grandfathered‘ Pete? Never heard that term, obviously means more mature but reminds me of roll up cigarettes, horse racing on TV and Millwall Football Club)

....they haven’t taken Curves away Mark, they just haven’t appeared in Lightroom CC yet. It’s only a Version 1.

    Hi mifix,

Customers who had utilized approximately 20GB or more of CC storage through Lightroom on iOS, Android or Lightroom.adobe.com prior to the Lightroom CC release have been automatically grandfathered to receive 1TB of storage at no additional cost.  You can still purchase additional storage if desired.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Regards

    Pete

Great! So I have 1tb of cloud storage at the same $10/month?

Not so mad about you taking Curves away now!

    Thanks,

    Mark

Did you have more than 20GB synced up to the Cloud (via Lr Mobile or Web) before the release of LrCC?

You probably signed up by accident. Make sure your phone is signed onto the correct CC account that you're using for your desktop.
