Why does Lightroom export my RAW files with added contrast? Please help!

Why does Lightroom export my RAW files with added contrast? And also in preview mode in Lightroom there is a contrast added which ends up ruining my photos. How do I prevent this from happening? I followed some videos but the settings they speak about are not present for me. Thanks..

What version of Lightroom, or Lightroom Classic are you working on? Has this started to happen recently?
