Why doesn't my recently purchased additional cloud storage show up in Lightroom?

I used up my 20GB of cloud storage on Lightroom, so I purchased the additional storage to increase it to 1TB. I've logged in/out of all my Adobe stuff, restarted my laptop, etc. But Lightroom is still showing that my 20GB is full. My creative cloud app shows me having 1TB, and that purchase is listed on my account. Why won't it work? Am I missing something/is Lightroom storage and Creative Cloud storage different? Does it sometimes take a while to all sync together?
